As Portfolio Development Lead, Ricky supports the organization's fundraising strategy development, including designing initiatives and managing efficient program funding.

Starting as a researcher at Traction Energy Asia in 2018 focusing on renewable energy issues, Ricky later became an Engagement Manager at the same institution. After four years with the organization, he joined Pantau Gambut in early 2023.

In line with his passion for connecting people to create a safer and more livable world, Ricky served as a mentor in the Kampus Merdeka GERILYA (Solar Power Initiative) program. Through this program, the Universitas Brawijaya law graduate successfully recruited 57 students from 20 universities across Indonesia to design and install 47.5 kWp solar panel systems. He also facilitated internships for 14 other students at prestigious solar energy companies.
