Ricky leads the development and management of the organisation's planning, monitoring, evaluation, and learning (PMEL) systems, as well as adaptive management, across all of its projects, programmes, and strategic partnerships. Over more than fifteen years, he has worked across a broad spectrum of institutions, from universities and philanthropic foundations to international development consulting firms, including Johns Hopkins University (CCP), Corus International (IMA), DT Global (Cardno), the Institute of International Education (IIE/IIEF), the Ford Foundation IFP, and Sampoerna Foundation.

He also brings extensive experience managing programmes funded by international donors such as the Packard Foundation, the Gates Foundation, USAID, MCC/MCA-Indonesia, and DFAT Australia, spanning the environment sector (peatland ecosystem protection), health (COVID-19 prevention, stunting reduction, reproductive health and family planning), education (scholarship and fellowship management), and infrastructure and governance (digital transformation and inter-agency data connectivity, including e-performance, e-learning, and public dashboards, as well as oversight systems for water and sanitation infrastructure grants). He studied Industrial Management (PMJ) at IPB University.
